Orchha Best Homestay

Best Homestay è stato il nostro alloggio per una sola notte ma ci ha piu che soddisfatto. La famiglia che la gestisce è molto disponibile, siamo arrivati da loro alle 6 di mattina e ci hanno permesso di attendere sia per il check in sia per il treno di ritorno nella struttura seduti al tavolo della terrazza. La posizione è perfetta, 5 minuti a piedi dai monumenti principali, tutti stupendi. Le camere e il bagno sono semplici e un po datati ma comunque ben puliti. Harsh è stato molto gentile con noi. Cena fatta lì da loro, la migliore di tutto il viaggio, autentica e abbondante.

La nostra camera era senza aria condizionata (sono comunque prenotabili anche altre con AC). La doccia essendo vecchia non funziona benissimo, il getto è minimo e quindi è necessario servirsi del rubinetto.

Posto semplice ma pulito. I gestori si danno da fare per rendere il soggiorno confortevole.

Staff is so caring and they will keep checking with you if you have any issues. Rooms were so clean and comfortable. Washroom was also neat and clean. Overall, best place to stay. Every place is within 10 mins walk.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The house is well positioned for easy access, and very clean!

The warm behaviour of the host family I liked the most. They have arranged everything that I requested. The accomodation was good and very comfortable.

The weather was too humid and hot, which I didn't like. Otherwise all good.

What a wonderful place. Great hosts and great accommodation.

Very friendly owner, excellent home-made food (but the portions were small given the price, so I ate elsewhere later on). Clean, well-designed and well-maintained rooms.

The room is advertised as having a city view, but actually the only window provides only views of a corridor. It's not in the centre of Orchha and 200 or so metres away from the main road. The road leading to the place is rather dark and empty at night. The bed was too short for people like me (I'm 1.85 metres).
