Beautiful location

We liked the calm neighborhood and peacocks that were living aronud, also book with ‚things to do’ was very helpful. Possible scooter renting :)

A bit dirty, we found hairs in bed and it looks like douvet vere not washed before our arrival.

A beautiful place to feel like home! Samith and his family are really warmhearted people who made my stay as wonderful as possible. Besides their kind hospitality i really enjoyed this quite place to recharge, their fresh homecooked food, and the clean and cofortable room. Samith recommented nice places to go and was always up to help organizing trips!

We liked Ella Peace Heaven as it’s located away from Ella town, with a beautiful view of the mountains. Room was ok. The host and his family are nice people and he is always contactable via what’s app. Enjoyed watching the pair of peacocks flying around the garden. Dinner was delicious.

We booked a family room with balcony and there was no balcony or view at all from our room. It is a common shared balcony, they should not have advertised it as a “room with balcony”. No privacy to enjoy breakfast or conversation as the grandpa was very attentive when we were having breakfast. The towels were damp when we checked in.

Hosts: It is a place run by Family and they are very Friendly and Understanding. Place is in Private property without any noise or disturbancr. Food prepared by them was good. Breakfast was complimentary and they did take our request for breakfast as well. Rooms were ok, Bathrooms were neat and clean.

Neatness has to be Improved especially the common areas and coridors.

Clean, Interior, Exterior & breakfasts so delicious.

The service and behavior of the staff cum host is very cordial. She maintained the property up to the mark. The property is located amidst of greenery and natural habitat. The dinner and breakfast is very delicious. The name of the land lady is Hissura. She is an wonderful host and maintained very nicely.

The water flow and force of the water in the bathroom is not up to the mark.
