Our room was very spacious. We had been a little bit wary as the property is a place where several rooms share a bathroom and kitchen. However, we needn't have been. Rolf organises everything brilliantly, so things are always clean, there's loads of space where people can share or be alone as they like. Highly recommended!

Die Unterkunft befindet sich im Zentrum von Alesund, die Parkmöglichkeit ist durch ein nahe gelegenes Parkhaus gegeben. Die Räume sind groß. Offensichtlich wurden sie früher geschäftlich genutzt, die Geschäftsräume des Vermieters sind direkt nebenan. Auf die frühere geschäftliche Nutzung weist eine Steckdosenleiste im Zimmer hin, daher ist an Steckdosen zum Laden von Handy, Fotoapparat oder Rasierer kein Mangel. Der Vermieter hat uns freundlich empfangen und ausführlich eingewiesen, später fiel er uns nicht mehr auf.

Super Lage zur Innenstadt, bequeme Betten, sauberes Bad mit allem, was man braucht, schönes Zimmer

Küchenausstattung zum Kochen etwas spartanisch - ein Nudelsieb wäre prima. Kein W-Lan im Zimmer (Nr. 8), nur im Gemeinschaftswohnzimmer

We loved the location, the amenities and everything else . It was a perfect stay .

We can leave our luggage in the public space because our bus was at 10:00 PM on the check-out day. Anyway let us feel comfortable to stay there.

Very central, spacious and clean! The staff was also very friendly and helped me with everything I needed. The location is probably ideal for the city, it is very central but not right on the main streets.

Everything was just fine, but I think there is some potential for improvement, especially in the shared rooms - some new furniture or a better coffee machine etc. All in all a great option though!
