"Felt unloved, a house empty of warmth or care."

Only good thing was the closeness to the Hamilton CBD

Terribly cold, unloved house. Broken toilet seat. TV had no power nearby and could only be used with a potentially dangerous extension cord. TV displayed No Signal no matter what was tried. TV Remote did not work. One door lock was broken, which caused concern about safety. Torn curtain suggest lack of concern about appearance and maintenance.

Bed comfortable,

No tv controls tv aerial needs service, locks on doors need update, curtains need replacing, more towels hand towel and bath mats, gardens and flower pots need upkeep.

Location is great, great kitchen facilities ready to be used, We did stay here before, the house is great.

Need to tight up the cleanliness a bit, spider webs around kitchen area and dining area were common.

Good location and easy check in , Good Bed

Poor Owner communication .. we had 2 days without HOT Water in the house . Despite multiple messages of all the Guests NO ACTIONS Washing Machine Drier and Dish Washer no functioning.
