The staff was really nice and did everything to help us. Nothing bad to say about this place

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, room clean, basic but all you need. Hot water didn’t work, cold showers only. Pool quite small and in small area. The breakfast which is included is great, four options with coffee or tea. Bike rental available for good price and they kindly serviced and cleaned my bike without asking. Played a lot of music but didn’t really bother us, quite party-ish.

Bungalows look good

Okay, so it's a real bummer on our part that we didn't carefully read the description beforehand and only later discovered that this place lacked some basic amenities: no hot shower, no shampoo or soap, no readily available toilet paper (unless requested), and to top it off, a flimsy and insufficient blanket (just a thin, short sheet as a cover). What really got to us, besides the lack of essentials, was the complete absence of empathy or an apology from the staff member when we urgently needed a hair dryer after enduring a cold shower. Instead of providing one, they resorted to a rather unprofessional attempt at humor by pretending to blow air from their mouth on us. Needless to say, it fell flat and was far from amusing. Had our woes ended there, I probably wouldn't have gone through the trouble of writing this negative review. However, thanks to this hotel, our day took a turn for the worse due to the transportation arrangements they facilitated. While the staff seemed helpful in booking activities for us, it turned out that they were merely pocketing commissions by steering us towards services at a nearby shop. To make matters worse, they failed to disclose crucial information, such as the fact that the boat they arranged for us was a slow one, significantly extending our journey time from Gili to Bali from the usual 2.5 hours to a 4.5 hours. Coupled with unfavorable weather conditions, the trip became an ordeal of discomfort and unpredictability. Furthermore, despite being assured that a car would transport us directly to our hotel in Ubud, upon arriving in Bali, we were informed that it was actually a shared minibus that made multiple stops before reaching Ubud, prolonging the journey to a frustrating 5 hours instead of the usual 1.5-hour ride in a private car. Frustrated by the unexpected delay, we decided to forego the shuttle service and opt for a Grab car to avoid wasting more time.

It's was simple cheap accommodation. No frills. The staff were lovely, access to tea and coffee during the day a bonus. Breakfast included. Expect basic and you won't be disappointed.

The photos are old. Not a good representation of the property. The pool bean bags were horribly mouldy. The air con is pants. The sheets were so old and shabby they were actually threadbare. The towels have seen better days

The location was great, close to restaurants and the port. The breakfast provided was good and the host was really kind and helped organise ferries, snorkelling, and bike rentals.
