A little noisy

It is in a good position to be close to what people like in Miraflores. Restaurants bars etc The owner was a nice woman but that hardly makes up for the actual tiny room and its issues.

It’s not advertised as luxury but one should expect certain things. The shower was literally barely a dribble. There was no fan, no air con and without the balcony door open, unbearably stuffy. With the balcony doors open you might as well have placed your bed in the middle of a four lane highway it was that noisy- and not just till midnight but literally every night till 6am. Even with the balcony doors closed and earplugs in it was very very noisy. There was no means to make even tea or coffee, no bar fridge, just a real lack of resources.

The women in charge is kind and helpful. I did a very late check in and she opened the door.

This not an hotel per se (you won’t find it on google maps). These are rented room more or so like an Airbnb. It’s not sound proof so you’ll hear all the noise from the street and bars. I would recommend to stay there only for one night

it was very clean and accessible. Public transportation, stores and restaurants very close.

The hosts live nearby and give a separate room with own bathroom and wonderful balcony with a view to the park. Clean. The rooms are located right in the center, very good central location, in the building with other appartments. No fridge but the teapot was given upon request. Wifi is good. Pictures provided are true. Hosts are nice. It is just few rooms on the floor given for rent so this place is good for people who want privacy as far as in the regular hotel there are lots of people.
