Location and Balcony is nice. Clean bathrooms. Value for money

Room can be made little more clean. Water cup was not clean. Window curtains are transparent and feels little privacy towards the gym on other side. Was not able to reduce fan speed, it was always at top speed, which was a little uncomfortable.

Great location, it was as described and for once actually looked like the pictures. It was what I expected, what I wanted and was perfect. Super happy I choose to stay here. Staff very friendly and the owner is always on hand to speak English. Thank you for a great stay.

First and foremost, I would like to talk about the hygiene that was maintained throughout the house - the rooms were clean and neat, organized which was very rare to find in most of the hotels at least on those I had stayed over there. It is very near to Raja's seat which is a plus point and not to mention the calm and peaceful surroundings all around. The owner is so polite and humble and would recommend this stay for sure if you are planning to visit Madikeri.

I liked everything

Neat and very organised in a serene corner close to Madikeri Fort. Inspite of language barrier, I was able to properly communicate with the caretaker. She even prepared my personal choices of food. Host is reachable and gave accurate directions to reach the property. She can also help with booking a taxi for sightseeing. Can definitely come back for this property assuming the standard is maintained.

Room (though specified in booking) is small for a dormitory. Might be challenging if two people are staying in the room.
