Please note that the property requires partial prepayment of 50% of the total amount in order to confirm the booking. The property will email/call the guest with prepayment details and link to bank account details. Guests can make the prepayment by IMPS/ NEFT. Balance amount can be paid on arrival by cash or card. The deposit has to be paid within 24 hours of booking else the booking stands canceled.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. "Don't get ripped off!"

I'm sick and tired of Booking hosts trying to take the mick out of me. It's not ok. It must stop!

Text in Booking description and confirmation email: "This quadruple room includes a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a private bathroom as well as a balcony with mountain views. The unit offers 5 beds." I'm a victim of fraud! There is NO BALCONY. The only "view" through the dark underground barred window is of the fire escape, a water tank and a wall. The owner said there is a balcony "elsewhere" in the property. That's like being sold a first class aeroplane ticket and being put in economy class. There is a first class compartment on the aircraft, but you're not in it!! Suck it up! PS. The bathroom was is a disgusting state!
