very welcoming and helpful! breakfast was a lovley touch

We enjoyed our stay thanks to amazing and the kindest owners. They are a lovely couple who treat their guests like family and are so welcoming. They even let us pick a room from a few they had available at the time. The property is close to the beach and is very affordable for its location. The breakfast was included and we enjoyed Sri Lankan option with good tea and lots of fruits. I would recommend this stay for a genuine experience, compared to rather resorty alternatives in Bentota.

Very nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen, living room and terrace were also at our disposal. Two minutes from the beautiful beach. The breakfast is very abundant and of high quality. The owners are warm, friendly and very helpful.

Very friendly hosts. They helped with organising trips and it felt like staying with your family. Breakfast was delicious, rooms are simple, clean, and meet the basic requirements. It's close to beach and train station. I enjoyed my stay very much and can only recommend this place. Very good value for money.

Room was somewhat dark

The place is not the same as pictures. I think the photos are for 7 years ago or more, and they didn’t renew the home stay.

Close to the beach 5 min walking, parking, staff verry verry nice. Good breakfast . Very good value for money spent.

This accommodation has good position close to beach (but through rail like most others). Equipment of room was good, also mosquito net, air condition, but little dirty fridge. Good breakfest. Helpful and pleasant staff.

Little dirty bathroom. Balcon was common for all rooms.
