Christchurch Airport House

My sister and I celebrated our birthdays at Christchurch Airport House because it is halfway between our homes in Dunedin and Blenheim- And a favourite place to stay for a few years now. Parisa greeted us the minute we arrived. Beautiful, warm, and friendly, making us feel so welcome. Our rooms were gorgeous and a lovely Happy Birthday centerpiece displayed in each of our rooms. The bed linen, towels, rooms, kitchen, bathroom, balcony, garden deck area, all beautifully presented. A yummy surprise stash of chocolates, great coffee, and shops are close by to grab a quick bite to eat if needed. The resident pet dog, Deisel, welcomed us with his presence, too. A wonderful catch-up and the best night's sleep in the softest, most comfortable beds. We absolutely loved our stay, and we're coming back again... Soon.

Everything was perfect.

Location was great for getting into town and to the airport. It's on a main road, but tucked around the back of the house, so no problem with traffic noise. Small but cosy, and on a nice day, a deck to sit on in the sunshine.

The room was very cozy and comfortable, and very quiet. The transportation was also very convenient, and the landlords were a very kind couple. Thank them for providing the accommodation.

There was nothing not to like!

It was a great location after our late flight into Christchurch airport. The place was clean and had all the facilities we needed. Hosts were really friendly as well. Especially loved the heated blanket which kept us warm. 🙏

Warm room & very comfortable bed.

Driving from the West Coast it was easy to locate and get to. Convenient for anyone wanting to go to the airport. The WiFi connection was good, the room and bathroom were well appointed and clean. The host was helpful and friendly.
