Все, как заявлено в описании: чисто, удобно, хорошие кровати, горячая вода и тп. Поднять и спустить чемоданы с крутых лестниц нам помогли сотрудники отеля.

The location is not too far from the jetty. The room was spacious with good matrasses and very pleasant bathroom. And also really clean. Good wifi signal. Outside noise almost non excisting Receptionists were friendly

If I have too mention something than I would say that the receptiondesk is open till 21.00 hours. Beds are a bit short so if you are tall this might be uncomfortable. And I would suggest that free pickup from the jetty is included.

Location is close to everything, walking distance to Robinson's Mall and just a short ride to downtown area. Staff was helpful. Room is big and immaculately clean. Bed is comfortable although the blanket is too thin but we requested for another set and was given free of charge. Aircon is split-type and working perfectly. Water dispenser outside the room is a plus and the parking of course. We also requested for late checkout until 2pm for an additional charge of Php150 per hour but they only charge us for 1 hour. Definitely booking this place again when I'm back in Dumaguete.
