Amazi Homestay-Dumaguete

Host was courteous. Room was clean and spacious,close to restaurants and a mall. Good value for money.

No elevator and we're on the 3rd floor with heavy luggage. Also, my mom is 85 yrs old with emphysema struggling to get up the steps.

Location was excellent.

The 3rd floor room was hard for us seniors, especially with luggage. But it comes with the price. We'd definitely go back there again.

This has been my Third time staying at Amazi Homestay every time I visit Dumaguete. Very clean, staff are approachable and friendly and I like how the big the room is. Location is very accessible to all my needs. Just a few minutes ride to Boulevard and downtown.

The staff was very pleasant and responsive, the hotel was located next to a better hotel where I could enjoy meals and is was located only 400 meters from Robinson Mall.

There was only one small mini-bar of soap provided. I requested another bar after a week and it has yet to appear. The hotel is overpriced in comparison to other facilities of equal value. I was on the 4th floor with no elevator and there were small flying insects in the room. They were attracted to my vitamin supplement, "Papaya Enzyme" and I found them gathered on this pill each morning. I took pictures, showed the staff, they responded by cleaning the bathroom drains and the problem was never resolved. I woke up feeling them crawling on me.

Clean and modern

On a busy street but not near much. Ate at the mall for our meals. Unfortunately across the street was a carnival that was very loud with music late until night. Very hard to sleep
