Czysto i ciepło,w zimie to ważne kryterium. Umeblowanie nie powala nowoczesnością ale wszystko działa.Spokojny,duży parking,personel sympatyczny i pomocny.Dla tych którzy bombardują to miejsce wyjątkowo krytycznymi opiniami mam znaną maksymę: "You have got what you paid for", "masz to za co zapłaciłeś". Aspekt ceny jest nie do pominięcia,jest wyjątkowo korzysttna.

Lokalizacja blisko centrum Włodawy, prosty dojazd, duży parking na miejscu. Pokój przestronny i duża łazienka.

Pokój na poddaszu z oknem na wysokości ponad 4m, więc nie ma go jak otworzyć i wywietrzyć nieprzyjemny zapach z pokoju, najprawdopodobnie spoconego właściciela, który szybko przygotowywał pokój. Właściciel nie pokazał mi miejsca gdzie mogłem przygotować posiłek czy herbatę, natrafiłem na nie rano przez przypadek. Ogólnie spoko.

Brak chociaż małego stolika w pokoju. Urwana słuchawka pod prysznicem.. brak czajnika bezprzewodowego w pokoju pomimo że są szklanki.
