parking spot on site... no breakfast (I prefer not to have), room was good, with good balcony, big enought. Decoration incredible on the hotel.

This hotel had gone from bad to worse over the past 10years. It’s only ever been a very basic 1* hotel. But it’s convenient & We only stay here because we have family who are local residents & it’s the only hotel in Wlodawa

This visit I had booked 6 x double rooms for 12 members of my family. We had to call the owner to come & check us in- he was drunk, rude & racist.he continually asked for payment on check -in, even though I was showing him booking.com confirmation & the payment taken from my on-line bank account. Eventually after arguing in polish with my daughter-in-law he showed us to our rooms. All the rooms had 1/2 a toilet roll in the WC’s - as no staff member on site over the four nights we resorted to buying & suppling our own. We didn’t bother booking breakfast here as I’ve seen evidence of bad hygiene ratings for this property. My room didn’t lock - the toilet seat was hanging off and the sink was blocked . Finally after 48 hours we got hold of the owner to come & look at it. He wrenched the plug off and left it to the side of the basin, grunted & walked away!!! He doesn’t speak English - only polish and German & with my limited polish I had to ask my polish daughter in law to contact him.
