It wasn’t good experience. My husband arrived earlier and ask if it possible to stay before check in time in some common area, because he was extremely tired after night train. The woman on reception was rude, she said it’s impossible and run away for her own business in bank, so reception was just empty. The good thing they prepare for us the room a bit earlier, but he still waited for 3 ours on the street. And after we checked in we found right next our room the common kitchen were my husband could stay for those 3 hours. So it wasn’t friendly at all. Besides when we check out the reception was again empty. And when we already checked out I saw the message on the booking that we should pay some additional tax, but my husband already paid it . And I don’t understand why for some additional things they ask to pay in Booking massages ? I don’t read this messages, coz it never needed after you checked in. So it was just horrible service. Definitely not recommend
