"Very good"

Seems that the money doesn't go to a big cooperation but to a middle-class family(I hope) .It is close to a very good beach .

A bit of a walk to the centre where everything is happening (a good 30min+ walk ).. Small window only.

"Great place, amazing host."

We loved our stay here, location is great. Away from the main busy and loud part of town but close enough to walk in every day as we did. Close to a quiet beach which is perfect and cheaper shops. Rodrigo the host was one of the best we had in Mexico, he is so kind and caring and genuinely interested in his guests. He does a great job in the hotel and keeps everything clean and well maintained. Free water and tea and coffee is perfect, being able to use the kitchen and having plenty of seats outside the room is also great. I would recommend this property to any travellers.

"Superb"

The place was calm and not far from the Quinta Avenida (20 min cycling). There is a great beach nearby (playa 88). Moreover, Rodrigo was a lovely person and would help with anything that makes the stay enjoyable.

This place is a true gem. It is a beautiful little place outside of the busy chaos of Playa del Carmen. I really loved spending time here, it's great if you want to get out of the city. Rodi is one of the most lovely, genuine hosts i've ever met. He cooked me dinner, was always smiling and up for a chat. I really can't recommend this place enough. A truly authentic experience. Thank you!

The owner is an absolute gem and really looks after you. He made our stay special. Hotel very clean and quiet Local area with great food everywhere

pillows were very bulky - not the most comfortable bed
