Dobra lokalizacja 300 metrów od Krupówek oraz dworca. Czystość pokoi,łazienki i kuchni Pokoje w góralskim klimacie Spory telewizor co dawało komfort oglądania z łóżka. Na plus żelazko i deska do prasowania do dyspozycji.

Kuchnia dzielona na dwa pokoje co nie pokrywało się z opisem apartamentu. Troszkę małe łóżko. Kibelek przeciekał. Drzwiczki od kabiny oraz słuchawka były niestabilne.
