Very cozy, good location, free parking. + Good Thai restaurant in the next house (playing rock and reggae) :)

A little bit dark inside, but additional lamp above the sink would solve all the problems :)

Quiet and nice, parking was available, host was nice.

We were in one of the ground floor apartments. 10 minute walk to the main street of Zakopane, easy parking in the garden. Clean room, small but OK kitchen for warming food or light cooking.

Intermittent WiFi, frequently drops connection, both networks randomly disappear (they have a regular router and a repeater but both are similarly bad). They disregarded all communication about it and did not attempt to fix the problem or at least say sorry. Wifi password IS NOT GIVEN TO YOU on a paper, you HAVE TO ASK FOR IT. Bad communication, or lack of communication, more precisely, They don't pick up the phone, they don't respond to SMS messages. Only reachable via Booking's chat and response can take anywhere between 1 hour to a full day. We were let in likely by the owner's father who does not speak English, or German, only Polish which he does completely disregarding the fact that we could not understand a single word. Good luck organizing a meeting with somebody who can let you in. Also, prepare to get some local money (Polish Zloty) for the Local Tourism Tax (2 PLN/day/person) as they don't accept anything else. Tried to ask to let me pay by sending PLN via Revolut they replied that it has to be in PLN. Go figure. Also brought up leaving (a bit more!) EUR there in cash, they didn't care to respond. I ended up changing some EUR in an exchage office which is cheaper than getting it from an ATM as the ATM asks for 18 PLN as fee when trying to pick up 50 PLN. Minor: single wall socket for 4 devices in the kitchen. (microwave, 2 toasters, water boiler), no extension strip. Bringing your own is suggested. Also, getting rid of ice in the garden is not something they do often either. They did it after ~2 days of sliding around on foot and with the car. Be careful not to slip.

first of all, the owner was very helpful - great contact in every matter, he allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out for the whole day - thank you! Location- It takes 7 minutes to walk to Krupowki Street and 15 minutes to the station. The rooms and bathroom are very clean. Also, a small kitchen is a big plus.

We got a room on the ground floor - there were cars parked under our window and everyone could see the room from the outside, which spoiled the overall impression. The room is definitely smaller than it seems in the photos - and the bathroom is really very small. And the Internet - halfway through the trip we weren't able to connect to Wi-Fi on any of our devices :( and the private network also worked very poorly - if it weren't for the fact that I had to work, it's probably an advantage, not a disadvantage ;)
