The lovely cats ...the view and the house

Great, cute little appartment on the hills, overlooking the sea, just a few kilometers from Ribeira Brava. This place has pretty much everything you need for a self-drive stay. Most places on the island can be reached within an hour, as it is conveniently located on the south coast, close to the central road to the north. The place is very clean and comfy, in nice and quiet surroundings.

Nothing really. Just be aware it is a little away from the village, so probably not really an option if you don't have your own car.

The location is splendid and the views from our room were breathtaking. We had a few chances to watch sunset from here and perhaps the most beautiful sunset. The night view from here is beautiful.The host - Raquel welcomed us so warmly :) she even prepared our room a little earlier than the check in time. The room was kept super clean and organised. All facilities available. Highly recommend

The most AMAZING location, the views were so lovely- not in the hustle and bustle of the centre either, set in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Would highly recommend :)

Raquel, our host is a very likeable lady; her birthday happened during our stay and we were treated to a plate full of delicious cakes. The apartment was just as seen on the pictures and very clean as well. The washing machine in the room was very convenient. Her cats Sol and Luna entertained us to no ends with their antics. The view of the sunset on the patio was unbeatable too.

The villa was incredible, everything we needed for our stay. We were very active, hiking and exploring Madeira and Raquel was the perfect host and our Villa included everything we needed. Well equipped to make our own meals and enjoy them on the patio which had an incredible view!! We enjoyed staying in Ribeira Brava, it was quieter than Funchal and much more of a local vibe. We will miss Raquel’s warm hospitality and her very cute cats. We hope to come back!

I recently had the pleasure of renting this apartment and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I stepped foot inside, I was impressed by the cleanliness and pristine condition of the apartment. It was squeaky clean, and every corner exuded a sense of freshness. One of the highlights of the apartment was the breathtaking views it offered from the terrace. Located in a prime spot, the panoramic vistas of Madeira Island were simply stunning. From the windows and the terrace, I could gaze upon the vast expanse of the ocean. Furthermore, the apartment itself was well-equipped with all the amenities I required for a comfortable stay (kitchen with all the amenities for cooking, washing machine, hair dryier). 5 minutes drive to the town with supermarket and great restaurants. 5 minutes walk for an espresso in local cafe or puncha in a bar with the ocean view. It is also a good starting point for all the top hikes in Madeira. Last but not least, Raquel is a warm and welcoming host. I highly recommend Casa Villa Dinastia!

Everything was excellent. Top host, top location, sparkling clean. Great as starting point to discover Madeira. Dedicated parking space. Very quiet, we didnt really noticed that we have neighbours. Kitchen is well equipped. Bed is spacious and comfy(personal preference). We will definitely come back.
