The location was so convenient, the facilities clean.

No tea or coffee but they has a kettle etc

The location was great, everything that we needed in just 10 minutes by foot. We got two clean towels when we checked in, for the two of us.

Our room (in the middle) had no windows and the air would be stale when we would leave the door closed, so we had to leave the door open when returning from the city, so that it can ventilate. The rooms have very poor sound isolation, so every little noise could be heard from the other two rooms. There is a hand written sign in the house that no noise is allowed after 10:30pm, but no one respected that. We also haven't received any new towels during our three-day stay, although the cleaning lady told us we need to ask her directly for those, so just something to keep in mind. We have not received any instructions for the door entrance password, the email with this information was sent to us on the very last day of our stay, and we had to ask the cleaning lady for it before that.

The room is small and old. No windows, no a/c, not recommended at all.

Very good localization, I got all the necessary information from the owner. I had a room with the window onto the street (walking one, without cars), I could here a lot of people till the late night, for me was ok, additional climate to the place, but for somebody with sleeping problems could be too much

- the place is soooo dirty and disgusting. Its fool of bugs and dirt is all over the place. I saw a cockroach in the WC and also one bug in my BED!!!!! - the place is veryyyy old and it has not been rehabilitated to the modern architectural roles. There is no single window in the whole house making the air trapped and consequently the house and your room stinks so intense. - items in this house are all old-fashioned, like chairs, dishes, electric system, etc from 70s . - the owner does not even use good lighting. Lamps are very weak and cannot make light enough. Also the place is full of trashes made out of metal which makes the house look creepy. So many weird stuff and all are again dirty and old. The floor was fool of hair also !!! - there is no staff there! If you need help, no one is there and the english of the owner is not so good, making it difficult to communicate with her. - just like said before, no air freshing system, not even a small window. Your room stinks like a toilet! There is only a fan which was again very dirty that I preferred not to touch it! - there was hair in the bed - the bathroom was not so good, it was small and the hanger of the shower was obviously broken, so you have to hold the shower in your hand all the time. - the fridge was also very dirty. -there was only 3 outlet which was not working properly. Totally, this place is soooo old and looks like a creepy dead-end place, with no hygiene.

The location was superb. In a quite location YET very close to everything
