A cama do primeiro quarto tinha vários percevejos (bed bugs). Quartos e cozinha com poucos cuidados e falta de manutenção

Rien. Acceuil chaotique. Logement misérablement entretenu. Cuisine sale et équipements très misérables . Couvertures de lit et housses pratiquement hors d'usage Pas de changement de serviettes, de taies d'oreillers et de draps. En somme une négligence totale. Moi, qui voyage tres souvent et client quasi permanent, j'avoue que je n'ai jamais vu d'aussi miserable et de mal entretenu que dans ce logement.

The door needs to be fixed. The keys were left in an odd place. It s not a good place to stay on vacation.

Owner didn't come meet me or open told anyone to open the door, luckily one of the other guest there helped me in.

Very very dirty apartment. No pots in the kitchen, very very old furniture and blanket and bathroom is very dirty. I don't recommend anyone to book this apartment anyway me, I would rather sleep in the car than in this house

The place is NOT as bad as many of the reviews. It was clean (enough), there is a working bathroom and the kitchen had everything we needed. When we were there, most of the rooms were occupied by long-term residents (Brazilian). We met 2 of them and they were both very friendly.

"Charming Bedrooms in the Historic Center"...the bedroom is NOT charming, It is basic, yet comfortable. The building is NOT in the historic center, but not too far away. Communication was horrible.

The location is good, because is near to the center of the city.

There is no heat in the room Wifi doesn’t work all the time Bugs in the beds. Manager only speaks Portuguese
