- The room rate - The fact that it's en-suit - The free parking - The free use of the fridge and the kitchen - Lots of restaurants nearby

- The room was rather old and the decoration was rather tired - The noise the toilet made when flushed was unbelievably loud - It's not easy to find a parking spot close by though there were plenty of spots within 10-minutes' walk

The host was very communicative & quick to respond which was great! I appreciated the towels provided. The room had a desk, chair and couch (not comfy but the thought was there) inside which could be great if someone needs to use those things.

The noise from people in the kitchen & a child screaming/kid toy being played multiple times after the quiet hour (9pm) until around 11pm (might be out of hosts control), and the construction banging/drilling on the wall I share with the other house (out of her control-but would’ve been nice to know ahead of time to buy ear plugs, or if she provided some). No soap to wash your hands with, only shower gel was provided. The bed is really uncomfortable, it’s okay for 1-2nights. Check in being at 4pm and check-out at 10:30am. On the map it looks like you’re close to Coimbra but it’s actually 30-40min walk to the city centre.

The facility is small but very clean. Also, the location is very convenient, many places are within walking distance. I was very pleased with Tania's attention and kindness.
