The place has a small lounge with a water cooler.

The place is basically a boarding house with four rooms on a long hall. The room is tiny and smells of paint which made me ill so I had to sleep with the outside door open. The walls are paper thin and everything that happens in that place can be heard including people going to the toilet.

Location was great, easy walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and sites. Right by plenty of transportation options. And not too big of a hill to get there, either. The host was communicative and very accommodating when we needed a place to put our luggage early. We had a rough night because of traffic noise (out of their control) and they had helpful tips on how to be sure the windows were sealed properly to help dampen the noise, helping us sleep much better the following night. The bed was comfortable and the AC was much appreciated! The bathrooms and other common spaces are cleaned daily, and coffee and water are provided.

The shared bathrooms make the room feel very dorm or hostel-like, which isn’t what we were hoping for. It may have been better except we had several people staying in other rooms get very sick during our stay, making the bathrooms less appealing. This of course wasn’t the property’s fault, just a situation we encountered. The shower is small, but otherwise good. They could benefit from a rug in the bathrooms. I nearly slipped on wet tile several times. There was quite a bit of construction happening during the day while we were there, making for loud mornings. But again, not something the property can control, and not something that will always be the case I’m sure. If you’re okay with a dorm-like vibe then this place is a great option for the price.

Good location, bed was comfortable, overall good value.

Room is small, single pane windows so you can hear all street noise, bathrooms not cleaned often enough and they are shared (this was my main dislike).

Perfectly located to explore Lisbon, quite room facing the house's backyard, very nice hosts who reacted very quickly to our messages

The room is quite small but exactly as shown on the photos, so nothing to really complain about.

Nice staff very accommodating with bags and cleaning Street is quiet but close to city centre and metro stop.

Shower was a bit stained but nothing major and overall facilities were excellent
