the hostel double charged my brother and his wife and charged my credit card too. The front desk never checked the booking and insisted my brother to pay for the stay when i already booked it for them. Nothing was refunded and I have been emailing booking.com and nothing was done to investigate this hotel. The front desk or whoever was there was very incompetent. I blame booking.com to ever put this hotel on their website and their lack of empathy and help inspite of all the documents I already sent them. Sucks!!!!!!!!!!! I could have booke hilton or nicer hotel for the double price they collected. Scammers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

nobody was there to check us in. we were made to pay for our stay which was already paid. the clerk didnt check that it was paid already

離機場很近，巷口有7-11，二樓有飲水機茶包，咖啡包。員工也很友善，努力整理。

大門的閉合宜留意，必須考慮外籍人士不方便致電連絡的情形
