住宿地點離溪頭很近，很棒！有飲水機設備及用餐點的公共空間很不錯！

房間有霉味，空調及電視頻道都無法選擇！

二樓豪華四人房應該是重新整修，窗明几淨，再來一次還是會選擇住豪華房型。第二天退房後將行李寄放在民宿，從溪頭搭公車前往杉林溪，感謝老闆在我們回程時非常熱心又及時的幫忙把行李送到溪頭公車站，讓我們不用回民宿拿。但更建議搭公車的旅客退房後直接將行李帶上公車至杉林溪旅客中心寄放會更方便。

除了一樓和樓梯間狹小且較老舊，沒有電梯有相關需求的人要注意外，豪華房沒有其他缺點
