It was in a beautiful neighborhood. It was close to stores and restaurants. There was a small park close by.

We really enjoyed our clean and cozy room, so was the living room. Safe surroundings, communication with the owner, coffee maker with some coffee to use and washing machine, to be able to use those was just great. The whole house was air-conditioned which was awesome.

What we found a bit under our expectations was the kitchen. Wanted to do some cooking but there really wasn't much to cook in. There wasn't any cutlery except for spoons, one bowl...

Beautiful house. very comfortable and quiet. I loved the design and decor.

The AC was not working in the King suite. That was not acceptable especially in the warm weather in Phoenix. No silverware which made the kitchen not very useful.

I never met the owner he never came by to see me or ask me anything which I didn't like other than that the place was great when I went out back to smoke the traffic was loud but inside the house it was very quiet nice area too

That the owner never came by to meet me I pulled weeds in his backyard and cleaned it up for him and the stove didn't work micro wave did tho

First of all the room didn’t have a private bathroom. In the advertisement the information wasn’t clear. Some of the rooms were advertised as having a shared bathroom while the one I booked there wasn’t any kind of information regarding that, so I assumed it had a private bathroom, plus I message the owner before making any reservations but didn’t have a reply. Also the property wasn’t smelling good and the carpets were dirty. I just spend one night of the three I booked and left.
