nice house nice neighborhood

it wasn’t cleaned and it looked for awhile rotten food in fringe and the pantry had a bad smell from all the old food in it dirty dishes in sink on counters stains on sheets just it need to be cleaned up

"Smelly area but a good value"

I liked that the home was newer.

I could not go outside. The odor from nearby animal stockyards was overwhelming (I clean biohazards for a living, so if I say it's overwhelming, it truly is). All the carpeting needs to be cleaned and shampooed. The main floor Bathroom floor needs to be scrubbed, it is sticky. The shower head in the main floor bathroom needs replacement, it will bore a hole in your skin. There were no hangars in the armoire, I had to go to Walmart to buy some. Still, it was a good value.
