Sequoia Forest Retreat

Good view, good for 1 night.

Only cold water. To cold inside for late november. Heating sistem good but too noisy.

Had a ski lodge feel and look. Like a big log cabin in the mountains. The food at the restaurant was sooo good and the staff were friendly and efficient. The room was great! We had mountain views, a fire place, a great Apple TV with every channel. Cozy and comfy.

My son and I were hoping to be able to hike some of the trails nearby and visit the scenic overlooks up the mountain but were told the road to the overlooks and all the trails were closed until the following week. We booked this hotel for the trail access. Also, they need to do some freshening up on paint, furniture, Wi-Fi signal and amenities.

Property was very cozy and super clean. It is located right on the hill with the amazing views of Sequoia Park. Great location!

It was only about a 40 minute drive to Kings Canyon national Park so the location was great. Camping in the park at this time of year would’ve been too cold and the elevation where we stayed was about 3000 feet lower than the park would have been. it was very quiet and we enjoyed watching movies in the evening kicking back on the comfy chairs with the gas fireplace warming us

We loved the dog. He probably kept our car safe from predators last night, but he had a little bit too much of a barking spell and woke us up a few times.

Ronald was a very kind and friendly host. I appreciated the communication on his end with all of the details that were needed for staying in the RV. It was a fun experience and would recommend it to anyone.

Very well furnished caravan with all the trimmings, a very helpful and nice host, and last, but not least, a incredible quietness with views - a real hidden Sequoia Forest Retreat!

Lovely place. Great location and lovely views. Ronald provided helpful instructions to finding the property and our sat nav took us straight to it. Luna the dog is lovely and friendly too.
