A well presented property with access to Bryce Canyon. The kitchen is excellent and use of a washer and drier was a great help to us. The owners are very friendly. Immaculately clean.

As it is a basement it was very cold other than in our bedroom. The kitchen was great but is shared with whoever else is staying and it made things a little like student accommodation.

The home was absolutely charming, and you can tell the hosts have thought of everything you might need, whether you're staying short or long term. I’m on a road trip across the U.S. national parks, and this has been the most comfortable bed and tidiest place I’ve stayed in so far. Everything was well-equipped, making it feel like a true home away from home. Highly recommend!

A wonderful place, we were so happy that there’s a washing machine. It looks very modern. Rooms are cozy.

When we arrived it was a little bit chilly, make sure that you turn up the heater right away when you arrive. Otherwise it’s great.

Big kitchen/living area with washer/dryer. Porch with a swing to watch the sunrise and sunset, chickens, deer, and the cliffs over Proctor Canyon. Extremely quiet, yet if you are lucky, you get to hear the kids practicing piano upstairs.

The rooms are in the basement, with high ceilings, yet no windows. So, you do have to go out and up the stairs if you want to see what is happening outside.

Easy drive to Bryce National Park in a very quiet town. The room was really comfortable, hosts were very responsive and nice, check in was easy. The common space was really well set up and friendly to use.

Everything was great. Not much around for groceries, coffee, breakfast, etc. but plenty in next town over, about 15 minutes. Not a problem, just good to keep in mind.
