"Misleading description basement room"

The small room was comfortable but lacked a bedside table on both sides, no cup in the bathroom and as far as we knew no access to anything outside. The patio was for the family home, not guests. We never met the host and access was given through email and keypad. And there was a cleaning fee!

The room is in the basement. The only window looked out on a metal wall with an escape ladder. Anyone who has any degree of claustrophobia will be extremely miserable. I expected a wonderful view and welcoming atmosphere. We experienced a miserable, uncomfortable night and left as soon as the sun arose (not that any light entered the room). We were SO disappointed.

Everything. Location is amazing, perfect to visit Bryce Canyon. The room was really clean and cozy, I liked the attention for the little details and the country elegant style. Common well equipped kitchen available. Stargazing last night was incredible. Highly recommended.

It would have been nice to meet the owners, even for few minutes! However, self check in worked really well too.
