Ils ont ete vraiment géniaux avec moi ! Ils m’ont prêté un vélo pour que je fasse le tour de la ville même si c’était un peu loin à pied et m’ont amenés amicalement pour que je prenne mon bus ! je recommande

I give them an 8 purely for the incredibly proactive staff. There were some issues with our room but they were quickly remedied with the workers offering apologies and a partial refund without us even asking (they even offered to upgrade us to their other hotel for free but we had already booked another hotel prior). Overall the staff and breakfast are the best thing about this place. They also have new, pristine motorcycles if you're planning on doing the loop.

The drains in shared bathroom smelled *awful* and the private room bed was as hard as a rock. We booked 5 nights to have it be our home base after a long day of scootering, but 1 night there was more than enough.

Stayed here many times. Next time Caobang eco homestay is still my first choice.

NEVER EVER let them arrange you a transport service (bus/minivan) for you. They made me paid for transport and then left me stranded in a village lost in the middle of nowhere (MANY kilometers distant from the agreed upon arrival point) without even taking me to the final destination I had originally paid for. I had to HITCHIKE all by myself for hours with some passing buses (paying some extra money for that!) just to get finally to my already paid destination many hours later than originally planned. When I was left stranded on the road, I have tried to ask them for any help by phone messages but they started to be very aggressive (the hostel manager even began insulting me: horrible manners) and they even dared to blame me because "I got it wrong somehow" (!!!) instead of taking any responsibility for the they had done. They refused any accountability. Absolute ZERO professionality and ZERO assistance from their part. Do not expect any help from them if things go wrong. For them the customer is always wrong and their staff team is always right.

Our stay here was perfect for one night in private room. Bed super comfortable. Bathroom was quite cramped. Overall good value for money. We also did a five day bike loop with Eco Homestay and loved it so much. The bike trip was to Ha Giang and they also transported our big bags there for us.

Perfect place to stay a night and rent a motorbike. The guys are so nice and friendly, they helped me a lot. The motorbikes are new, and they have different models.
