Very Nice Stay. Helped me with booking a tour to Angel Mountain, Ban Gioc Waterfalls as well!

The hosts are absulute phenomenal guys, they helped us to get around the area with info (best map i've seen for tourists in Vietnam) and they also rent motorbikes. We eventually rode to the waterfall near the chinese border and had a night there which they recommended (we could have moved our luggage to the lobby to get back the moneyfor that night, but we had plenty of stuff, so we kept the room :D). Btw, if you only want to get to eat something in the city or whatever, the first rent (motorcycle or bike) for that time is free:). Nearby you have an amazing banh cuon place (until noon) and a banh mi place with a sticky rice option in the morning, small shops as well.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I was able to check in very late after taking the overnight bus from Hanoi. Easy 15min walk from where the bus dropped us off.

There is no soundproofing, and you can hear people using the shared bathroom outside, as well as any movements on the floors above and below you. The door to the room is also a frosted window, so the room gets lit up whenever someone turns on the light to use the shared bathroom. Motorbike rental is more expensive than other places and there are better options on the main street nearby. Their attitude is very poor when it comes to constructive criticism as they became inappropriate, personal, and unprofessional upon being given feedback. Someone did try to walk it back though.

Staff were all lovely, breakfast was amazing. on a nice quiet street with a good feel to it.

The staff is very kind and helpful, the room is comfortable and clean, everything good, i recomend this place to stay and rent motorbike
