I liked the room in general but the service wasn't there.

The staff didn't really communicate at all and seemed very rushed and uninterested. I got no room service which meant we had to deal with one set of towels for two people during a two night stay. The thing that bothered me the most tho was that there were ants in the room and the room wasn't properly cleaned. There were all kinds of stains visible on the furniture. I am just used to a bit more service from other Homestays so this felt underwhelming.

Exceeded expectations! Clean, comfortable, great location and lovely hosts. Will stay again :)

It's close to the imperial city. They also rent scooters so we could visit surroundings. The staff is very friendly.

The only problem I had was the main door to our room. The door was made of milky-glass so it was not see-through but we could still see the light from the corridor. Around 1/2 of all the doors were made like this, the rest seemed to be of wood. Also, under the door, there was around 1.5cm gap that caused more sound from the outside to come inside. Nevertheless, all 2 nights there we had a very good sleep. One more downside was that it was a bit far away from mosst popular pubs and restaurants that were on the other side of the river, which takes around 40 minutes on foot, or a 12 minutes taxi ride.

Clean, comfortable family Homestay accommodation. Good location, short walk to nearby coffee shops and restaurants. Well located and walking distance to Hue Imperial city. Lovely personal touch during my stay when family prepared a traditional lunch as part of their New Year celebrations.

The apartment is very well located if you are interested in visiting the old town and the castle. It is clean and quiet.

The shower cabin is not separated from the rest of the bathroom, when you shower, even the bar floor gets wet and is never dried. The door to the yard is locked at night, which is good, but if you have to leave at 4 am the owner has to be bothered to unlock and re-lock.

Beautiful, comfortable room with hot shower, good WiFi and very helpful staff. Good location, close to restaurants, cafes, and the old imperial city.

Clean, looked like the pictures. Towels were changed every day. Bike rental facility on site for a very good price.
