Clean and spacious room. Really good value and comfortable.

Check in and check out was a bit difficult. We arrived in the morning at about 0830am and checked out at a similar time. The lady there was very nice but couldn't speak any English so it was a bit tricky. Not a major problem with google translate though. The location was close to the citadel but far from the main streets with restaurants/ touristy shops, which was over the river. But we were only there for one night and taxis are cheap.

Modern, stylish, clean and well located and a warm welcome. The oval bath was eye-catching (but the high sides might not suit older guests. ). They had good quality motorbikes to rent,

The bedding was a shiny, synthetic, quilted fabric which was not comfortable against the skin. The bed was very firm. The modern grey sheers that could be drawn between the bed and toilet gave no privacy and there were no curtains at the window to make the room dark for a lie in or an afternoon nap. There was no breakfast facility and no kettle in the room.

The location was nice and the hotel offers very good value for money.

The hostess was lovely, but unfortunately could not speak English so communication was tricky.

The homestay is only about 5 mins walk to the Imperial City, surrounded by heaps of trees, coffee shops, local convenient stores and little local restaurants. The hostess was super sweet and helpful. They also provided motorbike renting service with very competitive price. I did some research about the motorbike renting price before visiting but she gave me the best offer without having to bargain haha. The room we stayed at was on the 2nd floor, very clean and comfy. It has a little balcony with little pots of tree - very cute, a decent bathroom which separates the bath with the toilet. We were so happy that we chose to stay here. Definitely will stay here whenever we visit Hue for now

I like the friendliness of the host. She was hospitable.
