Everything was really nice, the family is friend and helpful, the place is clean and really good

Great homestay in a great location by the river. Super thick comfortable mattress, great pillows and fabulous hot water. Beach is 5 minute walk away. Great restaurants close by.

- The room was big, spacious and the bed was so comfortable - Our host Van was so so accommodating and lovely. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The breakfast we had every morning was delicious. She cleaned our room every day and provided us with clean towels. - Excellent value for money. - Really good water pressure on the shower - Great location - near to a beach and only a 10 minute drive from the centre by the river with the lanterns

Such a friendly atmosphere when we arrived and the facilities in the bathroom are beautiful (and exactly the same as we found in Allegro 4* Hotel)! We arrived drenched after riding for hours in rain, and it was so good to have a hot shower and climb into a comfortable bed. Thank you for having us!

Van's home is really amazing place. It is very guiet, with nice river view. We really enjoyed spend time with Van and her family. We spend a lot of time downdtstairs because our child really liked this home atmosphere. Rooms are comfortable, Van cares about all things like towels etc. Additionaly we were invited for family memeber birthday and we felt very comfortable. In my opinion people like Van are real beautiful of Vietnam and I strongly encourge to check magic of this place (you would feel like in home for sure). See you some day Van!

It’s a great place to stay.It was the best experience staying there.Location is very beautiful and close to nature. This place is very well maintained...Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the Owner Miss Van. Home cooked food was yummy. Room was spacious and comfortable. We loved the ambience. I would highly recommend this place and I would definitely want to come back to this place again. Thank you Miss Van for being a nice host.

I would recommend this place to anyone. Why? 1) It is so relaxing! The beds are wonderfully comfortable. The rooms are lovely and newly renovated. There is a waterfall shower in my room, free bottled water, and even snacks! 2) The location is great! It is right beside the river and a few minutes walk from the beach. There's lots of nature. Even though you're close to a main road (where there's tailoring, restaurants,  bars, massage, etc), it is quiet. There's a lovely terrace full of orchids and other flowers, and you can sit out on a grassy lawn next to the river. There's none of the hustle and bustle of Hoi An city (but you can easily get there with a short taxi ride). 3) The hostess is such a lovely kind woman. She cooks well, so if you want to eat in house, there's a menu with a bunch of different foods. (I highly recommend the banana pancakes!) She is so hospitable and trustworthy. She has made this trip so enjoyable! If you're looking for a place to relax and enjoy yourself, I wouldn't recommend any other place in Hoi An!

There is no ATM nearby so I'd recommend bringing cash with you.

Beautiful riverside location in a quiet, friendly local suburb near to the beach. Really comfortable beds, incredibly kind and friendly host, clean and spacious rooms.

Nothing to dislike!

Owner provided free breakfast, a full set of western breakfast with fruits. The owner was very friendly as she keeps checking on our arrival and arranged the transportation throughout our stay. Thanks for borrowing the changer as well.
