Phuoc Dat Riverside Homestay Hoi An

It has a beautiful location with a gorgeous sunset over the river and within walking distance from the beach. It’s a quiet area with little noise around, which is great. Van is so lovely, she was helpful with everything and made me feel very welcome. Easy to rent a bike or bicycle and travel around the area. The breakfast is included, which is a plus. The room was spacious and clean and the view of the river is great to wake up to. Great value, would definitely stay here again.

the host is very lovely, good breakfast, very nice location close to the beach and water, close to Hoi An, bikes for free, nice restaurants close by, perfect Homestay if you look for a beautiful place to relax, I would definitely recommend this place and come here again

If you like to get away from the city, this is a nice place to stay (it's just a 10 minutes drive with the scooter to the city center). You can chill in the small garden on the riverside, and the beach is also very close (5 minute walk). For beakfast you can choose from three dishes - try the quang noodles (so good!). Van also organizes a transfer to the airport (or other places) if needed.

Not really negative (more like an informative point): Just water for breakfast, other drinks can be ordered but must be paid additionally.

friendly hosts, great location, was able to borrow a bicycle during my stay and its an extremely lovely area to cycle around. I got a flat tire one of the times and the hosts came to help me.

Wonderful home, Van is a great cook too and very helpful with my stay and quick turnaround onwards to Hue!

Everything about Phuoc Dat Homestay well exceeded our expectations. Van and her family are welcoming and provide a safe and friendly environment that you will never want to leave! (we booked and extra night because we loved it so much) The rooms are clean and spacious, with the comfiest beds and big beautiful bathrooms. The hot showers were a treat. If you are looking for a relaxing stay surrounded by locals instead of to many tourists this is the place for you. We were provided with free bicycles making getting around every day a simple task. Van was very helpful and accommodating with all of our needs, including transportation from the airport and scooter hire for our trip to Sunworld. The view is amazing, and being close to the water provided relief from the heat. Breakfast was amazing and the coffee was the best we had in town. Can’t wait to return!

The location is perfect. You can enjoy the beach, watch the sunset by the river, and experience local life. The room was very clean and comfortable with an amazing shower! Delicious free breakfast. I would definitely come back to Phuoc Dat!
