Phuoc Dat Riverside Homestay Hoi An

This is the second time we have stayed here, we love it that much! We think it’s in the perfect place, a lovely quiet area with a beautiful view of the river, the beach and restaurants are a few minutes walk away and the old town is just 10 minutes by bike. Both rooms we’ve stayed in are lovely and Vân and her family are so welcoming. Very highly recommended!

Everything to be honest. The hosts are welcoming and always there for you, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the view from the balcony - oh so lovely! I can definitely recommend this stay if you are looking for an offbeat and beautiful stay in Hoi An.

I do not dislike anything about the property but if you are planning to stay near the Hoi An Ancient Town then this place can be a bit far and you need a separate transport.

A beautiful little spot just on the rivers edge. Quiet & comfy. The hosts were welcoming & friendly. Just a couple of minutes to the beach. A short walk to the main area where you can get great food.

Everything was good

Firstly I would say the location is perfect, riverview from the balcony was awesome. Now coming to the property and hospitality,room and bathroom was so clean with proper essential things required, host was so sweet and welcoming, instant reply through WhatsApp for your queries and requirements,overall very comfortable stay.

It’s a wonderful homestay, the host very kind and helpful, they support all you need. The homestay very close to the beach and local attractions. Absolutely cơm back this homestay when come to Hoi An

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the Host, Van. She is incredibly helpful and generous with her time and advice. I spend good time their. Also, Food was also delicious.

Loved my stay! Would definitely visit again

The host of this homestay was amazing. She went above and beyond helping us with what ever we needed to do. 3 of us were travelling together she did all our washing and the smell of our fresh clothes were amazing. We really enjoyed our 3 nights at this homestay and we will be back for sure to stay again.

The road getting to the homestay was very narrow.

Very nice environment, super comfy bed, staff very helpful. Highly recommended

The only thing we could suggest to the property is that we missed a water fontain in order to avoid using many plastic bottles.
