Nice size room, short walk to the beach and short drive to old town. Breakfast was delicious.

The owner was nice and welcoming but came up to 'check the room' in the middle of the day and didn't knock which made me uneasy

"Great Stay!!"

Great stay. I stayed in the dorm which was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean! Wifi worked great. Good location to beach and restaurants. Grab was less than 30,000 to the Old Town of Hoi An. Staff was great!! Breakfast was huge!

Very clean room, good shower, beautiful view of the river from river-view room, relatively quiet area. Laundry available on site was very good and fast!

This is the first homestay we had where bicycles were an additional cost to rent and not free (50k per person per day). To be fair, they were excellent new bikes, better than any other bicycle we had access to. Location is not central, we knew this coming but something to keep in mind for those who don't know the area. The hostess helped us book a ride to the airport which ended up being quite more expensive than other options, and the ride ended up being a very small car with bad AC.

Vân and her family were extremely accomodating and communication with them was excellent. Rooms were spacious and clean, the free breakfast was delicious, and she helped provide recommendations in the city. Was also very close to the beach which was nice to be out of the city centre!
