"Excellent"

Clean charlet with very quite surroundings, walking/bicycle trails, well behaved staff.

Hot water problems and generated electricity kept cutting out.

"The kids enjoyed cycling and spotting zebra, however it was not worth the money I paid."

Huge area with mould on the lounge ceiling, the outside area smelt of animal urine, as did the swimming pool. Gas tank was empty and had to call the team to assist - these things should be checked before a quest arrives.

"Wrong turn"

Location is very far from the nearest city. Muddy road for 10km inaccessible for small vehicle. Got stuck in the mud.

Windows could not close Hot water for 1min could not shower 1 towel

Initially there weren't water at the chalet. The next morning when we woke up we had water, but no warm water. After my own inspection there were no gas bottle connected to the geyser. I had to go to another chalet to take a bottle and connect it to my geyser. At the end I were so unsatisfied that I decided not to sleep for the second night, and I returned back home. Actually I want a refund on my booking.

"Perfect!"

The whole place was absolutely stunning, we had such a great time and the people there were so nice. We enjoyed the animals and walking around the property the most!

The water in the shower was freezing at first but it got hotter as we let it run, other than that everything was perfect!
