Hot water

Hot water and TV was not there

Very limited breakfast. They don't serve until you ask for something. There is no front desk, no intercom in the room.

Peaceful & Naturel Environment

- Poor Hospitality - Not well organised - Lack of hot water thru taps and to depend on hot water bucket externally - No wardrobe/hangers - Guests are not well informed upon check-in on resort systems - Owners need to learn ground reality on care for guests rather than authority.

The family that own/runs the place were courteous, shared history, were helpful, and generous. They let me and my son stay around in the evening while we were waiting for our overnight bus. Also, Mr Meghdeep shared valuable details about where we could birdwatch etc. Overall it was a pleasure.

Very few options in breakfast,also a simple omelet was charged 300 rs , which is not worth at all

Good location, within a large green area but still within the city. Rooms are large and clean Quite spacious Good host

Food can have more options A suggestion .. the properly have lots of artefacts which can converted into a nice museum

The property does not have adequate visible signage so is difficult to find. We had booked a budget room and on arrival were shown to our room by the owner. No key to the room was given to us so had to ask for it. The main door of the room was hard to close with the stopper being very tight as the wooden door was not correctly aligned to the frame. We left for sightseeing and returned later at night after having dinner in town. My wife noticed a lizard in the room when we returned and since she is afraid of them had to call the owner to send someone to take it out. When a cleaner came to catch the lizard he had to move the beds to look for it and what do we see. Behind the bed was heaps of dust on the floor and on the bed frame. We called the owner and when we showed him the dust and asked him how can he let out a room with such un hygienic condition he said that the room which you had booked was a budget room but we have upgraded you to a better room. The budget room is for backpackers but nowhere on their ad on Booking.com did it mention that. My question is if the upgraded room was in this state what would the state of the budget room be. We had booked for 3 nights but due to the state of the room we had to cancel our booking from day 2. I would not recommend this property.
