Great price/value, nice breakfast, kind host

Breakfast was fantastic, the hostess is very nice and accomodating. The view is Great, and the Location in Ella is pretty good, close to Many other Hotels.

Water had a little trouble getting warm. For the pricetag it was well equipped and comfortable. *You have to climb about 50 steps to get to the apartment, not wheelchair friendly!*

The hostess was just lovely - very polite and cordial. The breakfast in the morning was varied and really delicious. We felt very comfortable and we can really recommend this place.

The view is a bit obstructed by the house below, but you have a very lovely private balcony.

Super beautiful room with a comfy bed and a super clean bathroom. Really cozy and the terrace is really good. The breakfast is super yummy. Lots of fresh fruits! And the owner and her whole family are so kind and helpful! ❤️

Room was very clean and spacious, they had mosquito nets and hot water. They offered us tea and cookies right after arriving what was very nice gesture. Very quiet and nice place to relax. Breakfast was enormous and so tasty. Their avocados were the best.

Quite a walk up the stairs (100 stairs or so)

The lady was so nice and helpful, prepared good breakfast for me. She also explained the ways to see Ella. I am grateful for her.

I had serious problems for luggage carriage due to stairs... The facility has distance to the centre, had to have tuktuk all the time... One night late arrival was problematic. There was no elecyricity on the road and the stairs reaching to the room.

We booked to stay here 1 night but we ended up staying 1 week. We love peace and privacy and this was ideal. The room was clean and big but we spent most of our time sat out on the balcony. You can see all kinds of squirrels and birds around you in the trees, it's so beautiful. The owner is a lovely lady, she's very honest and sweet. The breakfast she would bring us in the morning was so huge it would end up being our lunch too! We actually ate dinner here every evening too because it was cheaper than the touristy places in town. It cost 800 each for rice, veggie curries, papadam and dessert which again was huge and so delicious. Better than most restaurants we've been to. Can't say enough good things about this place, it was one of our best stays in Sri Lanka. (Also they had the best WiFi connection we've experienced in the country!)

Wonderful stay to visit the surroundings of Ella and discover some more curiosities. The host always has advice to give you and something to explain about the area. Great breakfast and dinner, thanks for everything.
