I booked last minute and the family was very accommodating and kind! It’s close to the airport and there are convenience stores and a few restaurants nearby. Also appreciated the big TV equipped with YouTube. Good for a quick stopover.

The window opens up basically into the neighbors apartment. They live downstairs and it’s quite noisy. I happened to bring my noise machine otherwise I don’t think I would’ve been able to sleep.

The owner was extremely helpful and even met me at the airport, my first time ever and for free! Showed me where the most useful shops were nearby for food and location of the market in this part of Callao, which felt very safe. There is also an OXO convenience store nearby, which was nice after so much local food. A clean place and not too noisey. Drove me back to the airport after a two day stay and kept his word about timing, a nice and sensible guy.

The building itself is old, but the host has managed the room so well. My room was very spacious and equipped with things I need. The host is super nice and tries to help as much as possible.

The owner was fantastic, very helpful and welcoming. It was great experience for traveling first time , alone to Peru ☺️ Was waiting for me at the airport late in the evening and took me to the airport in AM I appreciate owner kindness , help and friendliness . Shower had good pressure and hot water 🙂 There is beautiful and friendly orange Kitty welcoming arriving guest on the staircase, which I loved it so much 😍🥰❤️ The place is located 10 minutes car ride to the airport, so it is great if you are staying just overnight in Lima . Near the facility is local store with essential goods, water , etc . Within few minutes ride there is a shopping mall , which the owner recommended to me and it was great , had everything I needed to prepare for my long trip in Peru ( SIM card , currency exchange and food court) but you need to speak Spanish to do that .

In respect to the kind owner I will write my suggestions: That room where i stayed needs optional window ( above the entrance door to the room ) for ventilation purposes , because in the room there is no fresh air and it is humid , yet from the bathroom sewage is leaking bad smell :( The actual window in the room is facing some other building staircase, with some garbage below which smell bad , yet people from other building- behind the room window make disturbing noises , till late at night - all hearable thru closed window 😢.

Clean, pictures as advertised, airport shuttle, close to the airport and a market.

Electrical outlets were loose and my charger would fall out. Hot water lasted 30 seconds max and then turn only cold. Neighbours a little loud past 11pm

We booked last minute due to a delayed flight. Denis was really helpful and friendly. The wifi was particularly good and the room overall had good facilities!
