The check-in was flexible, the host is very friendly and helpful, and prepared good breakfast. The location is great because it’s close to the airport.

Close to the airport and to market & restaurants. Fairly safe neighborhood. Hot shower.

Not completely quiet but I was too tired to be affected.

Thanks so much to Denis and his wonderful family for offering their home stay! He offered a ride from and back to the Lima airport at a very agreeable price and not too far. The Guesthouse was in a quiet neighborhood; Grocery market very close (about 300 meters); neighborhood gathering close and streetfood delicious and inexpensive. He informed me of the local area and how to keep safe.

My visit was during the South American winter (July). Peru/ Lima is in an area that traps a certain climate. Slightly humid but moderate days, cool nights. As a westerner Aircons are a regular part of our lives-Though the Guesthouse didn't have an AC Denis was more than ready with large and quiet fan.

Very nice hosts. Comfortable bed. Clean. Excellent breakfast. Close to the airport.

The shower didn't have much water power, and it wasn't always hot. But doesn't really matter as it's warm anyway in Lima.

The hosts were charming and helpful. Denis is knowledgeable , speaks good English and always eager to assist. The home-made and ample breakfast made us happy. The people were pleasant,friendly and helpful. There were friendly cats everywhere. A small in-house store came in handy.

The hotel is located in a residential area - do not expect good restaurants or shops. There is nothing to do.The room had no windows and it was really very small. Maybe they have better rooms at other location in the house.We did not spend much time in the room, hence it did not matter. It was quiet.
