The location was very convenient and near to many restaurants and shops. The staff were lovely ☺️ Also, this was definitely a great value for money option!

no AC, only a fan that on very hot nights made it difficult to cool down the room.

Room was ok but there is no ventilation in the room and the bath room. No break fast was served any of the five days - may be due to holidays. Vegetarian food/breakfast was strange for the host, though politely explained.

Break fast provision was expected as booked and would have been time saving in the morning.

The location is excellent! Very central, walking distance to soooo much of what Ubud has to offer, with really great coffee shops (Seniman is my fave!) & restaurants just a couple minutes walk down the road. The room itself is fine, nothing to rave about but clean & had everything I needed, BUT the VIEW from my Garden View room was spectacular! This is one of those homes whose architecture looks like a temple & also had a lot of beautiful lush greenery. There was a little table & two chairs outside each room to enjoy the view from.

No AC, but that doesn’t really matter to me. There was a ceiling fan and I was very comfortable sleeping; not too hot at all (I was there in September, for reference) There were some tiny little ants in the room. Again, not the end of the world, I wasn’t too bothered but they did get into my bag of trail mix. If you bring food, just make sure it is well sealed & stashed away in your bag hanging up on the hook on the door or something
