Perfect location in the centre of Ubud but yet quiet. The family that runs it was very nice and you can do laundry as well. Good WiFi.

Perfect location; central Ubud, but in a road off the touristy main road. Central, convenient, yet peaceful & quiet. Very helpful family who lent us a kettle, bowls, spoons & universal adapter.

The mattress. It sinks so uncomfortable for my old spine. My daughter didn't have a problem though!

Everything! This is the best value homestay in Ubud. The family is amazing and so is the staff. They will make you feel at home. I loved it so much this was my third time staying here and previously I stayed for 8 and 10 months respectively! What really makes it exceptional value are the two third floor rooms. The view from here is spectacular, so if you're lucky enough to get those rooms, you'll understand what I'm saying! It's less than a 2-3 minute walk to the very centre of Ubud, just far enough out so it is peaceful at night. Plenty of warungs on the doorstep to eat at, but 2 mins and you're as central as you can get in Ubud, where you have so much choice it's ridiculous! And if you go the other direction, you'll be walking past ricefields in about 10-15 mins. Shower is hot, rooms are clean, fans work well, bikes for rent - for the price you will not find better.
