"Great stay"

Very welcoming and attentive host. In over three weeks of traveling through India it was one of the few places to provide a hair dryer. It's a small detail, but it shows a level of attentiveness to the service Saj provides! Good location too.

nous avons pris un chauffeur avec organisation d'un parcours pour Munnar avec l'établissement qui s'est écourté car beaucoup de choses étaient fermées, finalement nous avons payé une nuit d'hôtel pour rien car nous sommes partis plus tôt

Great location - easy to get to the front, and other sites, but quiet in room. Warm and friendly welcome from Saj and helpful suggestions and recommendations. Good breakfast. Very clean.

Nothing. A fan on the room balcony would be good.

Very clean and comfortable. Saj was extremely friendly and very knowledgable. He helped us plan our trip and organised a driver and accommodation in Munnar.

We always love a balcony in our room but this place did not have one.

Although on a very busy road our room was quiet and cool with a fan Tea and coffee could be made 24hr All amenities are close by if you are arriving from abroad SIM card money change restaurants Saj our host was extremely helpful arranging pick up from airport advising pharmacy for ailment and generally a great guy

Saj is awesome. He’s a really nice guy, a great communicator, and he runs a tight ship in this place. It was spotlessly clean and honestly was nicer than a lot of midrange hotels. We only stayed for one night but would’ve been happy to stay longer.

Nothing that I can think of relating to the property specifically. Didn’t like staying in the area as much as I thought we would - the nearby restaurants are mostly kind of pretentious, expensive, and tourist-focused, and it’s a trek from the railway station or airport. But none of that is Saj’s fault!
