Airport Xpress Guestrooms

I left a deposit of $104, until today I have not received my money back. He told me he would return it to me after checking out. But he has blocked me on the phone. I write him a message and it goes through. Please talk to the owners and workers of hotels in Philadelphia to stop stealing customers' money.

It was close from the airport

It was dirty, the room didn't look like the pictures at all, everything was old. They insisted too many times in making the damages deposit (104$ they keep 4$) which was insane cause they obviously don't use that money to make "improvements" or at least maintenance.

The apartment didn't look like the pictures Carpets were dirty, the faucet at the bathroom fell due to lack of maintenance The room looked old, dirty, with dirty sheets and the pillows were very uneven (old)

The staff is very helpful. It is one of the least expensive places to stay in Philly, and honestly its in a pretty decent neighborhood. They were helpful getting me in to the place, and it was quiet, so I was able to work. I will definately be choosing this location next time I travel to Philadelphia. I was able to pay extra for an early check in, and this is a rare find.

It was close to everything

I came in and found that there were no drinking glasses.. and then the toilet paper was almost out to which someone outside claiming to be the girlfriend of the other room said I needed to buy from the store. On Sunday 1:00am I awoke to a very noisy commotion. I found the the living room was all lit up and the apartment door was open. This alarmed me as I know I closed it. I thought my housemate left it open. The following night, I walked in with my room open. WTH!! Just weird. My housemate came later from NJ informing me that he was away since Friday leaving me alone in the apartment. So do other people have access? I don’t know but I am grateful my stay was at least safe.
