Airport Xpress Guestrooms

The location made it simple for me to access public transportation to locations around the city and also to the airport. The bathroom was newly remodeled, clean, and bright. The neighborhood was quiet. I didn't use the full kitchen, but it felt warm and inviting.

There were a few quite unsightly stains on the carpet and elsewhere. I am concerned my deposit will not be returned because my brother dropped me off and came inside for a quick chat before driving back to Delaware, and they might say I had an additional guest.

Nothing! Run away from this place.

Everything is terrible: The photos that appear on the website do not correspond to the actual apartment. Before you get to the apartment they ask you for a $104 deposit which they pull out of their sleeve before letting you into the apartment. Once you enter the apartment it is ALL dirty. They charge you an amount supposedly for "cleaning" the apartment, which was a pigsty. The apartment has undergone catastrophic renovations. Everything has been done up in a shabby and horrendous way. No corner matches, everything is badly painted, there are some holes that have been badly fixed? Everything is full of stains, dust, dirt, the floor is sticky and the sheets smelled. There were socks in the fridge. Grease stains all over the kitchen as if it had never been cleaned. Moisture stains and fungus on the ceiling. Dust on literally every surface. To open any cupboard was to open the drawer of horrors. Inside the apartment was another room which was accessed with a coded doorknob (which we did not have): The aforementioned coded doorknob was beeping like crazy ALL night long. The chairs were disgusting, full of stains and dampness. The whole carpet was full of black stains and old chewing gum stuck to it (like on the sidewalk in the street). The bathroom door could not be closed: I don't even mean to lock it, but it could not be closed at all. In short... the worst apartment in the world. I don't know how Booking allows these scams to be advertised. I attach photos and videos of everything as proof.

Nothing.

Dirty, the property took 200$ deposit and we’re not able to give the code before you pay the deposit. There were no information about that deposit. The apartment was very dirty, some chairs were broken.

The bed was comfortable and there were many streaming options available on the TV. Close to the airport. The apartment overall was clean.

The quiet hours rules imposed were definitely not respected by every guest as the only two nights I stayed here a couple checked in the other room very late during already quiet hours (around 1am) and were extremely loud, I felt like I was in a brothel. I arrived after 3 flights and I couldn't get a single one night of proper sleep. As for cutlery in the kitchen, there was only one plate, one mug, one fork and one knife in the apartment.
