Very nice property - cute and secluded so it feels like you have your own cottage. Beautiful yard and surroundings. Jean is very accommodating and provides nice amenities. Highly recommend.

A little hard to find and the frogs around the pond were a little noisy but we worked around that.

Jean had filled the sparkling clean cottage with fresh flowers, island macadamian cookies and cold bottles of water to take with us as we ventured out during the day. She also provided a fresh bag of coffee. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great. The shower might be small for a large person but was fine for my husband and me. There is a small table on the porch where we had our morning coffee while admiring the absolutely gorgeous flowers and trees that fill the garden in front of the cottage. The cottage is not air conditioned and could be warm when returning from a day's exploring but Hilo breezes cooled it off nicely by the time we were ready for bed. The location is a bit of a drive to a good restaurant but otherwise it is a good base location for heading up the rainbow-filled east coast, down to Volcanes National Park, or even up to Waimea.

What an amazing little cottage! We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Everything is so beautiful and well curated. It was clean and so comfortable, and well had everything we needed while exploring Hilo and the surrounding areas. I highly recommend staying here!
