Location was about a 10-15 min walk from the ancient town. They also provided free bikes that we could borrow. Nancy was very helpful in organising transport, the coconut boat tour and a lantern making class for us. Our room was amazing (we even got upgraded!).

Despite being advertised as 24/7, they open the gate at about 6:30-7am.

"Superb stay for fantastic price"

Pretty much everything - it was super clean, felt so comfortable and at home! Very comfy bed, spacious room exactly as pictured online. Staff were so friendly and helpful. This was my final stop in Vietnam and it was my favourite accommodation, what a perfect way to end my trip. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

The walk/bike ride into town didn’t bother me but it is a little removed from the action - something to be aware of for solo female travellers walking home at night or if you don’t want to walk/bike 10-15 mins to get into town. The gate to the home stay closes around 10 or 11pm - again, just something to be aware of in case that bothers you.

Loved the location, loved the bathroom with great shower and hot water, loved the free bikes and the staff

The wifi was very spotty and I would not rely on it for work.

Piccolo hotel a conduzione familiare molto comfortevole vicino al fiume. Arredamento piacevole con mobili in legno. Personale disponibile. Comode le biciclette per andare in pochi minuti nella citta' vecchia. Attraversano il ponte di ferro per scooter e biciclette si arriva su un'isola vicina a carattere rurale.

Personal muy amable y atento, nos dieron recomendaciones de cosas que hacer en Hoi An como un sastre para hacer ropa o sitios para comer. Ofrecen bicis gratis y alquiler de motos, también lavandería. Buena limpieza. Nos invitaron a un desayuno el último día

La habitación era preciosa! con un pequeño balconcito y el baño separado por un cristal; muy bonita y espaciosa. Nos encantó. Además tenía un sofá, nevera y espacio de almacenamiento. Y súper limpio!!! Nos encantó.
